Refunds for sensitivity/reactions/allergies: 
Belle & Bear Organics strives to create products that are sensitive and friendly for use on everyone but sometimes reactions can occur. 
All ingredients are listed on product - please read these carefully prior to making your purchase. 
All products should be patch tested for sensitivity prior to use. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately. 
Refunds are not accepted for sensitivity/reactions to products as this is out of Belle & Bear Organics control. A scent free sample can be provided to you to aid elimination of ingredient sensitivity. It is also recommended that you seek medical advice if an allergy is suspected or a reaction does occur to eliminate all possible causes including other sources such as food/products or medications etc. 
Please also note that Belle & Bear Organics baby products are always made with appropriate concentrations of essential oils suitable for use on sensitive skin and newborns unless otherwise stated. The only exception to this is the solid massage balm which is made using essential oil concentrations suitable for adult use only. However, it is always recommended that products containing scents be used after the age of 3 months due to the sensitive nature of newborn skin. 

Refunds for change of mind: 
Belle & Bear Organics does not accept refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind. 

Refunds/exchange/store credit for faulty product: 
Belle & Bear Organics will accept refunds/exchanges or store credits for faulty products. The outcome of the complaint is determined at the discretion of Belle & Bear Organics but a refund/exchange/or store credit solution will be granted. 
Please note that "melting" of product is not classified as a fault - product is made of solid butters and oils which do naturally melt in moderate to high temperature environments e.g. inside the heat of a car. It is always recommended that you store your Belle & Bear Organics product out of direct sunlight and heat in a cool environment. If melting does occur, please place product in the fridge to re solidify and continue use.
